Mild But Super Salsa!


Serves:  4
Prep time: about 5 minutes

  • 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 small white onion, minced about 1/2 cup
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin
  • Juice of 1 small lime, about 2 tablespoons
  • Pinch of sea salt

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well blended, but chunky.  Pour into a big bowl and serve with corn chips!
