Terry’s Homemade Salsa

Serves: 2 good friends who want to gnosh
Prep time: About 10 minutes

1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, veins removed, diced, about 2 tablespoons
1 medium white onion, quartered, about 1 cup
6 large garlic cloves, peeled and sliced, about 2 tablespoons
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Place ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until just smooth. Add kosher salt to taste. Note: you're better off doubling this because it'll disappear before your eyes!
