Peppered Bloody Mary

In a blender combine 8 ounces premium vodka, ¼ small red onion, 1 clove garlic, the juice of 1 lime, a dash of hot sauce, 3 cups tomato juice, and 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish.

Pour into 4 glasses filled with ice.  Garnish with a celery stalk and lime pinwheel.
