Ridiculously Easy Apple Pie

Serves 6 to 8
Prep Time: with baking, about 35 minutes

5 Gala apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup light brown sugar
Pillsbury® Pet-Ritz® frozen deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix together the apples, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice in a large bowl. Toss to evenly coat the apples. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream!
