Kid Croutons with Rosemary & Garlic

1 whole grain hoagie roll
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium garlic clove, peeled and minced, about 1 teaspoon
2 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, about 3 tablespoons clipped
3 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. In a medium sized bowl, heat butter in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted. Add the garlic, rosemary and olive oil to the bowl. Set aside to let the flavors marry.

Tear the bread into crouton sized chunks and toss to coat in the bowl of butter and herbs.

Spread the coated bread chunks onto the cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
