Super Easy & Classic Waldorf Salad

Serves: 4 to 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes

2 cups chopped red apples, skins on
1 1/4 cups chopped celery
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup shelled walnuts
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
Pinch of allspice
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Place the chopped apples, celery, raisins and walnuts in a bowl.

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, allspice and lemon juice.

Toss mayonnaise into the fruit mixture. It is optional to serve this sweet salad over a few leaves of romaine lettuce.

Note: The lemon juice will stop the apples from oxidizing and turning brown. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
