Pumpkin Pie in a Cup!


Serves: You and 1 close friend

2 pints heavy whipping cream
½ cup all natural sugar
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium high heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in the canned pumpkin until just combined. Add in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.

Warm on the stove for about 15 minutes, or until mixture is nice and hot. Serve with whipped cream on top and a dash of nutmeg.
