Parmesan Thyme Bread


Yield: 1 Loaf
Preparation Time: 5 minutes plus bread cycle

3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ teaspoons yeast

Place the bread flour, whole wheat flour, water, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, sugar, thyme, and salt into the bucket of a bread machine.

Pour the yeast into the yeast compartment (or follow the specific directions for your bread machine).

Select the bake cycle and start the bread machine.
