Make Your Own Yogurt Snack


Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4
Serving Size: 4 ounces yogurt plus mixers

1 pint plain fat free yogurt

2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons dried cherries, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh strawberries, chopped

¼ cup granola
2 tablespoons toasted coconut
2 tablespoons toasted walnuts, chopped

Place the yogurt in a bowl. Choose a flavoring such as apricot preserves, maple syrup or vanilla extract. Stir.

Add 2 tablespoons dried fruit such as cherries or fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries. Stir.

Top the yogurt with granola, coconut or whopped nuts.
