1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 small butternut squash, peeled and diced into bit size pieces
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (26.5 ounce) can black beans, drained
2 tablespoons or more chili powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Because it's tenderloin, the meat doesn't take long to cook. Place all ingredients into a slowcooker, set on high, and cook until squash is soft and meat is tender, about 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and grated cheese.
